Despite the high price tags, the housing market can be confusing and impersonal. In that spirit, we created a giant retail store, The Housing Market, to illustrate the challenges consumers face. Redfin is the hero, the personal shopper and local expert you need to find what you're looking for and get it before someone else does.
The campaign launched during the Grammy's, earning large exposure at a crucial time: the number of home sales increases significantly in the spring season. Specifically, sales activity between February and March typically increases by 34 percent while prices rise by 3 percent.
The broadcast launch was supported with targeted digital advertising and out of home.
